Cachaça Cocktails
Brazilian Daiquiri
50ml Abelha Cachaça Silver
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml simple syrup
Thinly sliced lime wheel or lime wedge, for garnish
Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker; shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
The Honey Trap
30ml Abelha Cachaça Gold
20ml Crème de Figue
1 barspoon of Seville Orange honey
Dash of orange bitters
Dash of apple juice
Stir all ingredients except for the apple juice with 2 cubes of ice in a rocks glass. Gradually add ice and stir as an old fashioned. Crown with apple juice. Garnish with an orange twist.
Pura Pera
50ml Abelha Cachaça Silver
1/3 Conference Pear
5 white grapes
20 ml of lemon juice
15 ml of sugar syrup
5 ml of rosemary tincture
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pear and grapes with lemon juice and sugar syrup. Then add the other ingredients and mix well with plenty of ice. Strain into a lowball glass with fresh ice. Garnish: A stem of rosemary and a twist of lemon
