CAMPO DE ENCANTO PISCO
Crafted by Master Distiller Carlos Romero, Campo De Encanto is an enjoyably sweet, fruit-forward Peruvian Pisco. For those curious, "Campo De Encanto" translates to "Field of Enchantment”. Distilled only once with no water added (bottled at the proof it comes off the still) from old vines at the Atalaya Vineyard in Ica, Peru in a cognac style alembic copper pot still. It’s a vibrant, pure grape spirit, is sustainably harvested and distilled according to the strictest standards set by the Comissíon Nacional del Pisco of Perú.
Campo de Encanto Pisco Acholado

Campo de Encanto Pisco Acholado is a vibrant, pure grape spirit, sustainably harvested, vinted and distilled according to the strictest standards of Master Distiller Carlos Romero. You’ll taste plums and peaches, almonds and chocolate, with a hint of peppermint and honeysuckle. It is rested for nine months to refine its smooth texture, aroma and spice notes. It is an honest, blended-by-hand-at proof beauty.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Crystal clear showing only the palest yellow / green blush.
Aroma: Fresh citrus along with some pine needle. Complex, earthy and grassy with floral notes. Pear and tropical fruits as well. The bouquet is vibrant, exuding talc and wet rock. Aeration draws out some sap and candle wax. Extremely complex.
Palate: Ample lemon notes meld with notes of evergreen, pencil shavings, and modest floral notes on the back end. Some heat on the entry that develops into a rich, velvety mouthfeel with jasmine, chocolate, pepper and citrus peel.
Finish: Concludes gently, off dry, persisting into the clean, dry aftertaste.
Campo de Encanto Pisco Moscatel

Campo de Encanto Pisco Moscatel is a single varietal pisco derived from 100% Moscatel. Distilled only once, nothing added, no sugar, not even a drop of water.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: White and viscous
Aroma: Intense aromas of fresh green grapes and white flowers like jasmine and lily, trending towards overripe papaya and guava. Sweet and focused, very inviting.
Palate: Green apple and orchard fruit dominate the palate, with green pear skin, and wildflower honey also present. Hints of fennel and star anise make an appearance.
Finish: Unabashed and lengthy. Although there is a bit of a residual heat, the rawness of the spirit is extremely appealing. Straw, spice and a bit of herbaceousness leave the palate wanting more.
