Purasangre Tequila Blanco Fuerte

Native highlander and master distiller Enrique Fonseca employees unique technique with Purasangre, distilling earthy Atotonilco El Alto agave first in stainless steel alembic pot stills followed by a second distillation in copper pots. The tequila is both rich and balanced, with a distinctive agave flavour inherent of Atotonilco 5,200’ elevation.
Tasting Notes: Bright and fresh with slight citrus finish
Body: Medium body and well balanced
Aroma: Subtle sweetness and ripe agave
Colour: Clear and bright
Purasangre Tequila Reposado
1L| 40% abv
Native highlander and master distiller Enrique Fonseca employees unique technique with Purasangre, distilling earthy Atotonilco El Alto agave first in stainless steel alembic pot stills followed by a second distillation in copper pots. The tequila is both rich and balanced, with a distinctive agave flavour inherent of Atotonilco 5,200’ elevation. In keeping with Casa Jalisco’s house preference, the Reposado variety is barreled in French oak casks.
Tasting Notes: Supple in mouth, hints of dried fruit, raisins, and tobacco; long, elegant finish
Body: Balanced agave and oak
Aroma: Cooked agave and nutty

Purasangre Tequila Añejo
