Tequila Cocktails

Beat the Heat

Ingredients:
50ml Tequila Cimarrón Blanco
10 ml Mina Real Mezcal
25ml grapefruit juice
10ml lime juice
10ml simple syrup

Method:

Shake and pour into a highball glass rimmed with seasoning (@tajinusa) and then top with soda water & stir
Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Margarita

Ingredients:
50ml Tequila Cimarron Blanco
25ml fresh lime juice
20ml triple sec (e.g. Cointreau)
Optional: 10-15ml sugar syrup

Method:

Add 4/5 cubes of ice, tequila, lime juice, sugar syrup (if using) and triple sec to a cocktail shaker - shake & then strain the mix into low ball glass (ideally frozen) over fresh ice. Rim the glass with salt. Serve with a wedge of lime.

Paloma

Ingredients:
50ml Purasangre Tequila Reposado
10ml agave syrup
10ml lime juice
60ml pink grapefruit juice
Soda water

Method:

Add ingredients (not soda water) to cocktail shaker - shake & strain into an ice-filled low ball or highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with the wedge of grapefruit.
